GarageBand loops broken/other files won't open

For G5/10.4.10, GarageBand 2.0.2

My apologies if this is already up somewhere else. I have lost my loops and I went to install them but couldn't find them on my two installation discs. Where exactly are they? Also, I cannot open some of my GarageBand files that I have saved, it just says it 'quits unexpectedly'. Is this related at all, do you think?
