Find My AirTag on iPhone

I received an AirTag today and installed it on my iPhone, but the only way I can access the tag, my macs and iPhone is by searching for the 'Find My' app on apple to load - it just says open, and when I do all the information is there.
However if I go to 'Find My' app on my phone, the only item listed is my iPhone and nothing else.
No options to look at items or computers??
Any help would be appreciated.
The 'Find My' apps on my iMac and Macbook pro are working correctly listing all my Mac's, iPads and iPhone and my AirTag.

On the iPhone when you open the FindMy app, look at the bottom, and click on Items.

On my iPhone, iOS 17.5, the icon at the bottom of the FindMy screen is “Devices.”

17.5 is still in beta, so I don't know if its different that 17.4.1. But this is what it should look like.
