Hello quick question i'm sure you can do it but i don't know how. I have recently purchased lion and installed on a new 750 gb HD what i want to do is partition so i have 300 gb (currently what im on) and 450 gb for traktor (DJ software & all my music) how would i go about installing lion onto the empty 450 gb i tried just making a partition and reinstalling lion but you like cant access the installer because it's already installed on this partition. Any idea's ?

why? you're just making a rod for your own back. Mucking around with Partition Maps it the fastest way I know of losing a lot of stuff.
