Control panel, classic 9 issue

recently I have been getting a message w/following: "No Player Selected From The Control Panel"

Any ideas,what it means and how to get rid of the message?
It occurs regularly two or three times during computer use.

What are you doing when it occurs?

Usually working in another application. However, it occurs equally when not using the computer at all (for instance, when I'm listenin gto streaming music over the net)
