Comcast wireless internet constantly freezes up

Hi There,
Hoping someone can help with this. I have a MacBook with OS 10.5.5 and a D-Link WBR 1310 wireless router. My high speed internet is through Comcast in Portland, Oregon. Repeatedly throughout the day, my Internet just locks up, freezes, stops while I'm opening pages or trying to send mail, etc... If you wait long enough, it comes back on its own or you can turn the Airport off and then back on to get it moving again. It's gotten very annoying.

Anyone have any ideas or similar problems?
