Audio and video issues

I updated Flip for Mac and now I can't view videos (WMV) or hear audio clips (WMA). How can I fix this?
I have an iMac G5, Mac OS X Version 10.4.11
Also my Photo Booth no longer works as it says my webcam isn't there.
Please help.

One problem is when I go to Photo Booth, I get a message saying no camera is attached.
The other issue is when someone sends me a video or audio clip (wmv or wma) and I try to watch/listen to them, I get a message saying it could not be opened with Mac OS error -50.
I use a DVR to record audio clips and when I down load them to my computer I can't listen to them...same message.
