White Screen of death Booting problem...

ok to start, i have a :

OS X El Capitan V 10,11,6
Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac11,1
Processor Name: Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz

I have the white screen of death problem.. I have tried many thing such as opt+cmd+r+p , unplugging everything and restarting,

i can fortunately boot in safe mode but it seems like there are 8 horizontal dotted lines following the pointer (about the size of the big cursor when you're trying to find it by shaking your mouse)

all usb work, chime noise works, tried reinstalling the os x but that didn't change anything... i need help hope all details are in my post! i'm offering beers to who ever comes up with a solution for this issue!!!

Hi,

Re read your first post and from your sierras number I feel your Mac is a March 2009 model, correct me if wrong. But if so it seems may well be the graphics card as 27" late 2009 iMacs seem to have a problem with this have a look here i know its an old thread.
