Unknown folder on desktop

I have a folder named P on the desktop that contains many files with numeric names such as o11o88207252.arc. Others are .tn they are 1 up numbers.

It's hard to know exactly where it came from but I personally doubt it's a critical system file. Does anything here ring a bell for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARC_(file_format)

The Wikipedia source did not ring any bells. I checked it again and noted that the P folder has a sub folder named, cache. Not sure how I missed that. There are around two hundred files. they almost all have the .tn and when I opened on there was a small black window with exec in green letters.

Do you have a verizon phone? It seems like it may be related.

The link states they may be small ThumbNail images from a VZ phone downloaded to a computer.
