I just installed Mavericks a week ago, and this is the first time I had this problem. I've been taking a whole bunch of screenshots for the past hour, and then suddenly they stopped showing up on my desktop. I rebooted the computer, which seemed to help at first, in that I found all the other screenshots I had taken before rebooting.
Now, however, whenever I take a screenshot, I hear the camera click, but no screenshot pops up on the desktop.
The "help" I've found on google has been way too technical for me to understand what they are talking about. Could someone please post a very simple explanation of how to fix this, or at least where I direct the angry email to Apple?
