Question Mark

I have a Mac mini power PC G4 processor. The screen shows the Question Mark. I have the CD's that came
with it plus CD to install 10.3.4. I have no manuals and thus far Google was no help. Could someone tell
me basically what to do to do to reinstall. I thank you.

Here are a few causes of this issue:
A flashing question mark or globe appears when you start your Mac

If those steps don't resolve the issue, let us know and we can help you reinstall Mac OS X.

-Do you have a back of your files/data?
-What version of Mac OS X is printed on the grey discs that came with the Mac mini?
-Is the Mac OS X 10.3.4 disc a retail Apple disc?

Let me tell you what happened. I began to follow your directions. I started up and to my surprise OSX screen appeared! I went into Systems
and clicked the start up disc. The set up box had Macintosh HD 10.4.11. Click, This mac 104,11. My son had this minimac and played NasCar
on 10.3.4. When I tried it on 10.4.11 no soap. Once of us must of upgraded. Question: How would I get it back to 10,3.4? I want to be able to just use the Mini to play the game NasCar 2003 which is about 12 years old. I thank you for your time and help.
