My cinema 30 display has an intermittent fault in that the screen goes from normal display to colour bands both vertical and horizontal with no image. the original image comes back sometimes with a tap to the side of the monitor. but doesn't stay for long. I have access to a non functional monitor for spare parts but getting info on how to disassemble the monitor to repair is not easy.... there don't appear to be any manuals on the net. Has anyone got a suggestion as to disassembling the apple display 30? I understand the side panels come off but what then to get the circuit boards etc out.
