Apple earlier today released version 10.10.2 of Yosemite. One can get it via Software Update. I myself, though, am waiting for the Combo Updater to be released.

Also, OS 10.10.2 contains Version 8.0.3 of Safari.

This thread talks more about all the updates Apple released today:

http://www.macrumors.com/2015/01/27/apple-os-x-10-10-2/

Note at the bottom it mentions separate new versions of Safari for Mavericks and Mountain Lion, but no links for them. Also, note the Security Update links for Mavericks and Mountain Lion.

One other thing is that if one wants to use the stand alone updater for OS 10.10.2, you can get it from here:

http://support.apple.com/downloads/#macos

That is the page on Apple's site containing updates relating to various operating systems. The one for 10.10.2 is located (for now) at the beginning of the second row.

One other "strange" thing with this update is the Combo Updater. I have "advocated" always using that (when applicable) instead of the "delta/stand alone" updater, and in the past, that has worked for me. But, the Combo Updater for 10.10.2 requires that "only" the initial version of Yosemite, 10.10, be installed. That has never been the case in the past, as one could always apply the Combo Updater to ANY prior version of the same OS. Not sure why Apple is doing something different with 10.10.2.
