I have download helper active but i must admit I am not up on all the fine points of getting the most out of this borwser.
I do not get a choice of the file type I want to save to my drive. I need a windows version of a utube music video to slow it down in Band In A Box for closer study. I can only get mac file as a choice. It does not work well in BIab's new video slow down algorithm. I will not sync up properly. Can anyone direct me to info on how to do this or offer any suggestions. Thanks for your time.

-Which download helper are you referring to? A plug-in for Firefox?
-Does Band-in-a-Box only support WMV and M4V files?
