Is USB Ethernet Adapter supported on OSX 10.10?

Hello,

I Recently upgrade my MacBook Air to the latest OS (Yosemite).

Before i perform the upgrade i could use an external USB 3 to Gigabit ethernet.

since the upgrade i can't use it, i believe my problem related to a driver (Although i tried to install the latest driver that suppose to support Yosemite).

my question is if i will buy the original USB Ethernet adapter it's will supported on Yosemite OS?
