How do you set the IPhone to display the date and time that all text messages are sent, received and read. I find it will indicate when a new message is received, but not the date and time of the responses back and forth to that original new text message

Hello and welcome.
When you are in conversation view, tap and hold anywhere in the white space surrounding the message bubbles and move your finger left. You will then see the timestamp of each message reply.
