iPad screen problem

My iPad 2 has developed a strange color problem. When turned on, it flashes red, then when warmed up it has a dark blue tint to the appearance. In some applications I can no longer tell features apart. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Unfortunately, it sounds like the iPad's display is failing. Does the iPad's case have any damage, especially on the corners?
