How To Set-up Multiple IMAP Account in Apple Mail

I have before set-up multiple IMAP email accounts in Apple Mail.

The email addresses with their complete folder structure appeared below the Smart Mailboxes. In the complete Mail structure they would be under the structure of Mailboxes

Under Inbox, Drafts, etc. the email addresses also appeared.

I have deleted and wanted to add an email address again, but now it add the email address under INBOX (which is fine) but also the complete folder structure is under this email address under Inbox instead of having the email address appear again below the Smart Mailbox as stand alone (or I guess in theory under MAILBOX)

Please help.

I just closed and reopened Apple Mail and that sorted my question.
