How do I restore deleted "Reminders"

I accidentally deleted a Rimnders list. How do I recover it?

Hi Marty, I assume you are on an iphone or ipad to have reminders. This might help, one you have completed tasks you probably clicked the checkbox next to each one to indicate this task was completed. Doing that makes the item seem to disappear, but in fact, it whips into a separate list called Completed. If you look at the top of the Reminders window you can click on this and hopefully past tasks completed will have stored your previous reminders. Bye Persephone

Thanks for the reply. I have Yosemite 10.10.5 and Time Machine back-up.

It turns out from a Google search on the Internet, that it is a long, manual process to restore them from a Time Machine backup. I will do a little more research to see if I can find an easier way and will post it.
