How do I get rid of black box the display of my MacBook that says "blocked plugin"

While browsing, a small black box appeared in upper right corner of the display saying "Blocked plugin". I can't get rid of it, tried restarting, didn't work. Any ideas?

Good call. There was an extension that was on that was blocking plug-ins, turned ot off, restarted, and black box was gone.
