Forbidden?

Hi all,
The message shown below displays every time I try to connect to a website that I've visited (successfully) several times in the past. The same happens whether I use a Macbook or an iOS device. That particular website is the only one that displays this message.

I didn't trust the link so this human didn't click on it.

What does it mean? Has the website been hacked?

It seems like some "spam" stuff going on at that site. To check things out, download, install, and run the excellent freeware program Malwarebytes for the Mac:

I ran Malwarebytes and nothing was found. Should I suspect something on my computer as the cause or a problem with the website itself?
