Trying to reinstall pitstop pro 10 back into my mac as had to get new hard drive, I have the download to install it but when it installs it doest not appear anywhere on my mac or Adobe acrobat, have all serial numbers and product keys, do you know what I am doing wrong.

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X?
-PitStop Pro 13 is the newest version. Version 10 supported OS X 10.4-10.6. If you have a newer version of OS X, you may have to upgrade to the latest version.
