I received an email from party A, when I forward that mail to another party, the email shows that the original party
that sent the email was not party A but party B. (The email should have originated from party B)
I am using OS X El Capitan ver 10.11.1 and apple mail. Any suggestions as to what's going on? Any help would be
appreciated.

Hello,

I am a little confused with your question, but it sounds like it is working properly. When someone sends you an email, they are party A and you are party B. When you then forward it, they actually become party C, you are party A and the recipient becomes party B. A forwarded email will never show as having been sent by the original author.

Does that help at all?

C
