disk utility app has circle with 1 diagonal line

Hi

I cannot open my Disk utilty as has a circle with 1 diagonal line I am on OS X 10.9.4 also About this Mac more Info does not work.

have you just upgraded? you might have to do a reinstall as your disc utility app appears to be the wrong version ...
