I am trying to figure out how to get more options for automator to encode video for? It only offers certain options and it does not let me convert videos to 1080i but it does let me do 1080p. Can someone help me please? I want to be able to convert most video files to any video file, basically to the standards that Adobe Media Encoder can convert videos to.

Hello and welcome.

Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X?
-What format are the video files in?

You can't and don't want to try to upconvert video to larger format sizes using Automator, as it states in the screenshot you posted. You would need to purchase some third-party/additional video conversion software to accomplish this.
