On my mac i've set google to my default, but every time i search something into the search bar (even though it tells me google is the default!!) it redirects it somehow to bing. And i have a burning hatred for bing that it doesnt deserve my a capital letter from me. Please can someone help me!!
Can anyone help me get rid of bing??

Hi and welcome,
Possibly try this, if you have not done this already enable guest logins and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter Set up a guest account in the search box.
As a guest, launch Safari and tell us if google is now your search engine?

If none of the above help first make sure OS X is up to date using Software Update found under the in the upper left of screen. Download and run the adware removal tool from this link:
