Adobe Flash Player Security always pops up

Every time I open a new tab a "Adobe Flash Player Security" window pops up!

I've tried different things on the settings but nothing seems to work..

Does anybody know how I can stop the window from popping up?

Delete ajaxcdn site from your Topsites array, when you hover over the pane in Topsites an x and pin appears.

I've already tried that. I've even tried deleting all of the "top sites" but it still pops up...

You could try deleting
Library/Safari/TopSites.plist

Safari > Reset Safari

has lots of options too

No, I haven't downloaded anything in about a year.
I've screen shotted stuff and saved photos but thats about it.
