Virtual PC or Parallels desktop

I have recently started using Mac.
The problem is that I need to download a software for my research purposes on Mac, but it says that its not compatible with your Mac system. So, I need to get Virtual PC 5 in order to run that software.
Where can I get Virtual PC 5 for Mac?
