I am new to a mac and I am curious about the microsoft autoupdate that keeps popping up every few months. The same update keeps popping up saying the following: Office 2004 for mac 11.5.7 update 2/9/10 I downloaded a microsoft office word onto my mac and it is a 2004 version. this is what the update itself looks like.

and this is what it looks like on the dock.

there appears to be a window behind the first one but I cannot get to it because the red x button doesn't show up. Neither do the green one. Only the yellow button is present. is this something that i should download or is this a virus itself? Sorry if this is a real newb question lol thank you for your time!
