If I use Virtual Box, can I move, or copy files from the Windows accessed area, to the Mac accessed area? I see the Windows window on top of my iMac display and each appears to operate independently of the other. As an example, if I use a text file, I cannot transfer it to the iMac area and then use it there.

I hope this is clear. Its hard to explain.

Jonah
