need help with powerbook g4

hello guys mac master here
i have just found my powerbook g4 after a year of shearching
i plug the charger in and no light comes up
i press the botton on the battery and no lights come up to show how much its charged

i tryed reseting the cpu and noting happend

theres a guy with the SAME problem as me on youtube take a look
