Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

did a quick google search, found some results at http://macosx.com/topics/error-code-36.html

i particularly like http://macosx.com/forums/mac-os-x-sy...rror-36-a.html ... however, not having a better description of what you're working with keeps me from recommending it too highly.
