iMac causing other computers to lose connection?

Someone please,please,please help me before I throw my brother's iMac out the window.

Every single time my brother hooks up his iMac, we have Internet problems. It cuts out literally every 5 minutes. He shut off his Airport now, and it's been okay for longer than usual.. but it's driving me absolutely insane, and I really hope someone has an idea of what it is!

I can tell you the router is hooked up to a cable modem...we have 1 PC directly connected for most of the day.. then my own laptop which is on pretty consistently, 2 other laptops rarely.. and then the iMac. We NEVER have this issue when the iMac isn't hooked up.

I have had similar problems, lately it has been good, one thing I did was shut down the Bluetooth on the Mac
