MAC Mini fan running out of control!

I have a MINI and recently the fan started running out of control. It runs full throttle all the time. The MINI runs well, no other problems.
The fan starts running as soon as I plug in the power cord ... even before starting to boot.

Anyone have an idea what is wrong?
I hope I don't need a new main board.
