unable to submit postal code on some sites

This happens to me frequently and on many sites, but not always. I will fill the postal code boxes with a legitimate postal code (M4J 3T5) and hit return. The postal code becomes 4-3 5 and is not accepted. I have tried several ways of typing it, and it doesn't matter. It always reverts to 4-3 5 and tells me it is not a valid postal code format. Does anyone know why this happens and how to resolve it.

I have a similar problem... M9xxx instead of M34xxx I just pop in a space after the M9 then add the rest of the postcode...

This generally works for me.

Thanks Ric. I tried that in several different configurations, but it doesn't work for me.

Use Firefox for those sites.
