eMac screen flickering!!!

Good day everyone, one of my users has an eMac 1GHz and the screen
has a constant flicker that I have no idea how to fix. Any ideas?

From what I know and what I have read, there are well documented video
problems with the eMac. I read somewhere that one source of the problem
is the ivad video cable.
