Treo 755p Phonebook to iPhone How to?

Is there an easy way to get all my info from my sprint Treo 755p to my new iPhone 3Gs???

I hope so that would suck to have to manually do it..

I do have my Treo info backed up using Palm desktop.. I hot synced my phone on a regular basis... should be able to export somehow... just don t want to screw it up

I came to this too late, I see... I also switched from Sprint to AT&T earlier this year. However, unlike you, I lost no addresses. I was using Sprint's online address book to synch with my phone. That online address book had an option to export the records and download the file to your computer. Oh well, too late now. Sorry you had to lose your contacts.
