Yes. They are even written on the keys to remind you where they are.
Home: Fn-Left Arrow
End: Fn-Right Arrow
Page Up: Fn-Up Arrow
Page Down: Fn-Down Arrow
However they might not do quite what you expect. On the Mac, the
convention is that Home and End scroll the view to the beginning and end
of a document, while Page Up and Page Down scroll the view up or down
one page. None of them move the insertion point.
There is an exception: Microsoft Office insists on following the Windows
conventions for these keys.
Ignoring MS Office, in most other applications, the key combinations you
use to do the equivalent of what you expect in Windows are:
Cmd-Left Arrow: move insertion point to beginning of line
Cmd-Right Arrow: move insertion point to end of line
Cmd-Up Arrow: move insertion point to top of view or up one page
Cmd-Down Arrow: move insertion point to bottom of view or down one page
You can also use Option-Left/Right Arrow to move forward or backward a
word at a time. Option-Up/Down Arrow vary somewhat: some applications
use them to move to the beginning or end of the paragraph, others move
to the beginning or end of the document.
Combinations with the shift key can be used to select text rather than
just moving the insertion point.
