apple time capsule wireless connectivity

i have an apple time capsule, i have managed to set up the wireless network for my house and i m able to connect wirelessly with my mac book pro and wired connection to the windows desktop pc.
But now i have come across a problem, i m having trouble connecting wirelessly from my archos 605 pmp player.
The settings for the time capsule is at wireless N a/b/g compatitable and my archos is a wireless G connection. So on paper there should not be any issues but i m unable to connect the archos to TC at all.
Can some one please help????
