Have you tried rebooting the machine?
No keys seem stuck? Please tell us as much as you can. You should always state exactly what the error message says. Remember to declare your thread solved if you are happy with the answers using the "Thread tools" drop down menu at the top of the page. This helps others figuring out what problems are solved or not.
