I have just received an imac, it was working fine. I turned it on the screen is white and the cd is stuck . i need help .

Is this a brand new iMac? Did you put the disc in the drive? Reboot holding down the mouse when you hear the startup chime.

Have you had this iMac on before and had it working properly or are you trying to install the Operating System?

my barber asked me the find out whats wrong , he said it was working fine. So am going to try that. the cd was in there when this occurred.
