Does anyone know a good popup blocker extension for Safari? Safari's
built-in blocker doesn't allow whitelisting the *very( occasional popups
that I want to allow.

Preventing them isn't the issue, it is being able to allow the very
occasional popups that are desired.

My bank's bill-pay is a popup window, and only a popup window.

Seems there's another one as well...

AdBlock preferences would be in Safari preferences which is where you could
download AdBlock from and initiate it.
