Mini Mac won't Boot

I recently bought a second hand mini mac, i weired it all up turned it on got the start up chime but no picture after searching the net managed to get the picture on screen but it only goes to open firmware i type mac-boot and get a folder with a ? a bit more looking round and thought the best thing was to bot from the OS disk i have a copy of tiger so tried to put it in the slot found another disk already in i was unable to get it out by normal means but did manage to get it out in the end it was a copy of leopard. afte all this i still cant get it to boot eather from the cd or the hdd. has any one got any ideas as to what i could do next.

Problem solved took the top off and found it had bluetooth and wifi card installed which was not standard on the model took it out all works fine now
