Pocket Mac For Blackberry/Synch Problem between iCal and BBerry

When I synch my Blackberry to my iCal, my Blackberry is always off 1 hour on all my appointments. It's correct on iCal. I've verified that both my Mac and Blackberry times are current and correct but I cannot figure this out. Thanks in advance for any help.
