file is flash when printing

hi all
sorry long time I didn't login.. I was in vacation
any way
I face this problem for the first time ..
when we try to print A3 paper with scale 66% (the original is 100%) to HP laserjet 5000 it give me this error
(the process "pictwpstops" stopped unexpectedly with status 1)
I found some answers in Quark site http://www.quark.com/service/forums/...pic.php?t=9398
but it is not helpful
by the way .. if we try to print PDF (not export) it goes well without any problem

our system is 10.4.11
Machine Name: Power Mac G5
CPU Type: PowerPC G5 (3.1)
Number Of CPUs: 2
CPU Speed: 2.7 GHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 2 GB
software QuarkXPress version 6.50
