Mighty Mouse and Scripts

Hello, I am new to this forum.

I just got a wireless mighty mouse, and I'm trying to program the right click button and the scroll button. I want the right click button to copy a selection to the clipboard, and the scroll button to paste what's on the clipboard. I assume you would be able to make a script to do this, but I don't know how.

Any ideas? Can this even be done?
