rom file from classic

can I get the mac os9 rom file from classic? I have the disk I used to install classic that came with my mac mini.

I want to get a mac os9 rom file from classic on my mac mini. I have the cd that I used to instal classic if I need that.

I must be having a bad 'brain' day, I still don't get what you want to do ?

Yes I want to make a disk image of mac os9. I don't have a real mac os9 disk but can I use the data from classic?

I'll have to dig out a classic disk and have a look what's on it...technically speaking 'classic' is OS 9 so it shouldn't be a problem...

Do you want to make a bootable cd or just a backup copy of the disk ?

...what does it say on your classic disk - label ?

I'll have a look for a disk tomorrow...
