When we try to launch Colour kit manager which is the software for the Fujifine Scan scanner, it comes up with the message msl Runtime ++.DLL can not be found.

We have had the Mac upgraded to Tiger OS and was told Colour Kit manager would not run on OS10, I am sure when I bought it 6 Years ago it was designed to run on OS10 but I have always used OS 9 because I only had Photoshop 6.

Hi Delia,

I have done some investigation and found that ColourKit v4 is OSX compatible. It may be that you have an older version that isn't compatible.

Are you using an Intel Mac or a G5/G4 etc?

If you're using a Power PC type Mac, you can run the program in "Classic" mode, which simulates OS9.

Click here for directions on how to install classic mode.

Hope that helps!
