Avatars

Hi

I just wanted to know how to enable avatars under my username

I went to quicklinks/edit avatar but there was nothing i could do there

Thanks for any input

Next to the FAQ in the menu bar is "User CP", if you click on "User CP" this should take you to your user control panel from the menu on the left you should be able to upload your own Avatar .

I can't seem to find the upload your avatar i can only find edit avatar which
i have no avatar to edit so...

Daft question , but have you clicked on edit Avatar, because this should give you the option to upload your own Avatar?

Not sure why this isn't working for you?

If you want, email the Avatar to me and I will add it on for you.

If you do email it me, I may not be able to put it up till later tonight, as I am logging off for now.

Ignore my previous post,

some of the user settings on the server were not right...

...I have now changed them.

If you go back to your User CP and edit Avatar there should now be an option for you to upload your own Avatar..

Hey Ric,

I am trying to upload an Avatar myself here today and it keeps telling me that the upload has failed. It is 99x99 pixels and about 16kb. Am I doing something wrong?

I made that little tartan apple myself because I am Scottish and wanted something unique to me. I don't think it looks quite as good as a proper 'Apple' logo, but I like it.
