Apple Tv Conversion Scripts

I'm getting ready for my new Apple TV and I have been searching for either an apple script or automator program that will automatically send my .avi files to quicktime for conversion for appleTV. Has anyone seen anything. I haven't found anything yet.

Handbrake is the way I use. you can Que up a couple of days worth and just let it run.

AVI, is a nightmare format. Some will work some won't so keep an eye on them as the go through.
