Shut down message every ~6 minutes, if no actitity

I'm receiving a shutdown message every ~6minutes if there is no activity on the computer.....thoughts on a fix...tried reloading the OS, permissions fixes and so far no luck.

Have you looked under energy saver to see if you have the shutdown set to that?
